Trading Statement for Nine Months to 30 September Friday, 5th November 2010
Biome Technologies plc issued a trading update on 5th November for the nine months ended 30 September 2010. This highlighted growth of 42% in Biome Bioplastics in the first three quarters of the year compared with the same period in 2009.

Biome Technologies recognised in Deloitte Technology Fast50 Awards Monday, 25th October 2010
Biome Technologies is pleased to announce that this week it was recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies in the Deloitte Technology Fast50 listing.
Biome Technologies, with its fast developing bioplastics business, has been ranked 2nd in the “GreenTech” listings and 23rd in the overall Fast50 with a growth rate of 1132%.
Deloitte, the business advisory firm, announced its independent ranking of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies on 25 October. The UK Deloitte Technology Fast 50 initiative ranks UK high growth technology companies based on percentage growth in stated revenue over five years.

Biome Technologies appoints new Non Executive Director Wednesday, 6th October 2010
Biome Technologies announces the appointment of Michael Kayser as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 6 October 2010. Michael will chair the Group’s Audit and Remuneration Committees. His high quality experience will complement the Board and help to continue and develop Biome Technologies growth path.
Michael has extensive experience in both the chemicals sector and in senior management positions in companies with international operations. This experience includes being Group Finance Director at Laporte PLC for five years and Finance Director of Guinness Brewing Worldwide. He is currently Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group plc.

Biome Technologies shares start trading on AIM Monday, 12th July 2010
Biome Technologies is joining AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies. Biome Technologies joins a wide range of businesses including early stage, venture capital backed as well as more established companies on this market.

Statement re Directors Bonuses Monday, 28th June 2010
The Remuneration Committee has been informed by Paul Mines, CEO and Sue Bygrave, Finance Director that they wished to waiver their bonuses for 2009.
This follows the recent announcement that in support of Stanelco’s growth strategy, the Directors will reduce their remuneration packages by approximately 30 per cent.
John Standen, Chairman of Stanelco said:
“Paul and Sue informed us that they wished to not be awarded bonuses this year. The Remuneration Committee support this decision and are grateful for Paul and Sue’s efforts on driving the growth of the business.”
